Technical Account Manager - Evernex

The Technical Account Manager role is interacting with existing and new customers in order to provide information in response to inquiries about data center solutions.
He/ She is also responsible develop new business and recommend a go-to- market strategy for each country.


Key responsabilities:


  • Identify new clients who might benefit from Evernex Spaas (Spares as a service) and maximize client potential in MEA region

  • Establish new business, develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements

  • Client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure.

  • Prepare the B.O.M, RFPs/ RFQs depending on the exact need of the customer

  • Analyze the existing RFPs/RFQs which are part of a tender

  • Provide Technical compliance and competitive analysis of products that are part of the solution.

  • Owns and leads site survey, pre-bid meetings, understand and characterize requirements and expectation for customers for all response to bids, tenders and quotations

  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery

  • Ensure deadlines or submission dates for bids/quotation /proposals are strictly complied with.

  • Should be able to identify key customer technical objections & resolve technical gaps much in advance.

  • Responsible for Implementing and project management of the proposed technical solutions as may be required to meet the customers timeline.

  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required

  • Ensure that sales targets are met, analyses costs and sales

  • Prepare weekly reports management and keep customer records

  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
    Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

  • Reviewing cost and sales performance
    Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

  • Identify key customer technical objections & resolve technical gaps much in advance.
