Project Controller/Coordinator

As a Project Controller you will assist and support with project management duties and services. You will oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with project and project management. The role will include but is not limited to managing project documentation, coordinating contractors, making project team appointments, facilitating and taking project minutes of meeting, coordinate the procurement of project supplies, conducting site visits and preparing project related reports. For this role, you will work with a team of project managers so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. 


Who you are
• You are able to schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps) • You are able to break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals • You are able to create and update project workflows • You are able to conduct risk analyses • You are able to prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders • You are able to order resources, like equipment and software • You are able to retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies) • You are able to track expenses and predict future costs • You are able to monitor project progress and address potential issues • You are able to coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements • You are able to measure and report on project performance • You are able to act as the point of contact for all participants • You are able to perform administrative duties related to projects • You are able to update and manage team and project calendars
What you’ll need
• BSc degree in business administration or management • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office management and administrative role. • Experience with documentation management and knowledge of documentation control systems. • Strong background and experience with Microsoft Offices applications Word, Excel and Power Point. • Strong English oral, written, presentation and communications. • Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines. • Experience in supervisory role. • Experience in projects or in project management in a similar role • A proactive working culture and can-do attitude. • Time management and planning skills to coordinate and track teams tasks and deliverables
