Description:
- Provide input and well thought out ideas during the process of formulating development and communication of this Leadership program
- You will be involved in all strategic and operational matters on the various programs as this is a ‘stand-alone’ position no team
- Conduct benchmarking studies, primary and secondary research to ascertain latest trends in leadership development
- Devise effective search strategies and gathering relevant data leveraging a broad source of resources (e.g. online databases, internet, Leadership magazines
- Organizing, analyzing, synthesizing and summarizing date and information using appropriate analytic methodologies and frameworks. Conducting quantitative analysis (statistical analysis, financial analysis etc.) as necessary
- Communicating research results through the creative of high-quality end products (spreadsheets, reports, presentations)
- Completing ad hoc research requests, knowledge and building development projects as necessary
- You will be required to provide input/source of evidence collected through scientific research to revamp/enhance current selection practices of Leadership Development programs, current training design, training delivery, evaluation strategy
- To coordinate, complete and oversee the completion of various reports, questionnaires and surveys related to enhancement/revamping of existing leadership development programs
