- Troubleshooting of Powder coating and Epoxy treatments in the plant
- Manage overall workshop activities of all surface treatmenet- Shop floor Manpower handling, Planning and execution and planning outputs
- Manage the overall domain assets and up keep the calibration frequencies
- Support performing teardown and Lab evaluation activities and co-ordinate with technical team for various evaluations- and material testing with agencies and clients.
- Manage budget utilisation as per targets and ensure smooth purchase process for the equipment's and tools with technical finalisation with vendor
- The procurement role of material benchmark and ensure upkeep of the production plan as per schedule
- Role of asset management to ensure maintenance and calibration as per frequencies
- Support Facility and manpower development.
- To ensure Parts management and controls in the all plant activities.
- Support implementation of certification, standard, organisational policies and sustainable plan
- Execute the emergency risk mitigation and strictly apply the safety prevention
