»        Develop and maintain sales materials, current product knowledge, offers and discuss available options


»        Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current client and potential client.


»        Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.


»        Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers while addressing their needs.


»        Upkeep of VAN to include displays, restocking merchandise, and general cleaning.


»        Present, promote and sell Camelia products and services using solid explanation and advices to existing and prospective customers


»        Constantly payment follow ups, collection and distributing SOA, Balance confirmations and other necessary correspondence according to customer request.  


»        Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule


»        Perform & Maintain fixed average profit margin for every product.


»        Always analyze the market and need be updated to meet existing/potential customers needs on time.


»        Reach out new profitable customer leads through cold calling / analyzing assigned territory and track sales.


»        Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.


»        Proper coordination and team work with all other departments


»        Weekly report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, ways to improve sales and potential for new products and services to respective departments


»        Stickley track on Camelia Policies and Procedure


»        Keep up-to-date of best practices and promotional trends


»        Strictly observe management special requirements and instructions.
