RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the My Brookfield App including daily updates, news alerts, ICDBP retail deals and upcoming events / building initiatives
Manage the ICDBP website posting events, updates and news to the site using Wordpress;
Manage all ICDBP social media pages including but not limited to; Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Coordinate and update the quarterly ICDBP e-newsletter
Forecast an annual events/marketing budget Create an annual program of events to attract clientele to the property, developing initiatives to increase sales and revenue for existing retail tenants;
Organise and manage all Summer Garden, Market Square and Community Hub private and public events including liaising with all third parties, monitoring of cleanliness, presentation, safety and repair issues and arranging rectification of any of items
Manage branding and content for digital screen network throughout the building;
Creating and collating feedback surveys from tenants / visitors
Create, implement and market building initiatives
Provide leasing support to implement a marketing plan that supports the marketing of available space with the goal to reduce vacancy.
Monitor enforcement of ICDBP Policies and Procedures where applicable and assist the Senior Management Team to refine and develop new procedures as required;
Ability to manage and deploy staff and contractors in the operation of their duties
Co-ordination with the Logistics, Security, Facilities Management and cleaning Teams;
Experience in venue management
Ability to work and coordinate out of normal business hour events
