Support the execution of the business transformation assignments and process improvement initiatives across the company, which includes but is not limited to, assisting business in developing / transforming controls, policies, procedures, to safeguard company interests and to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development & execution of the company’s Business Transformation roadmap:
a. Work with Assurance and Business Transformation team to identify critical areas of improvement or structure and present business cases.
b. Design and Document Process flows for the departments within the group.
c. Provide end-to-end support to business transformation/ process improvement initiatives
d. Provide effective project management support to business line managers/Head of the departments in business transformation projects, initiatives, development and ensure strong coordination of effort amongst them
e. Conduct Process Reviews/Audits and analyze current processes and ways of working to suggest improvements, simplifications & automation opportunities
f. Work with business line managers to develop outputs that deliver concise recommendations to management and be able to provide rationale and justifications behind the recommendations;
g. Respond to ad-hoc comments or request from the ABT Head or other Heads of Department.
Undertake audits as per the approved audit plan and as assigned by the Senior Manager ABT.
Consolidate and communicate projects’ status to stakeholders as per established charters and ensure awareness of significant changes to the plan in a timely manner.
Build an internal network of contacts within the businesses to ensure continuous and professional momentum of implementations.
Coordinate with ABT team members to ensure seamless & consistent delivery of ABT services.
Ensure self-learning to develop key functional skills.
Serving as a Business interface with the IT Team in digital transformation by designing the workflows and conducting the vigorous testing post implementation.
