Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals


Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences


Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, operations, and store teams


Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures etc.)


Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications


Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews


Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions


Understand the key competitive market set not only within the F&B Industry, but those that are trending


Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)


Perform in all aspects of marketing related to social media strategy including public relations, event management, community engagement, sponsorship, media relations, partner engagement, internal communications, and media buying
