i. Welcome & greet the Customer/Client/Guest and provide general support and guidance to them.
ii. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients and answer their service related queries.
iii. Provide the client with the required information and ensure accuracy of the information given.
iv. Maintain well-mannered and professional way of communication and correspondence.
v. Manage internal and external couriers/ mails and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms for concerned employees / department.
vi. Book meeting rooms for internal/external meetings for the company
vii. Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms.
viii. Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and reservation for making hotel and venues when required.
ix. Update and maintain all contacts directory on a monthly basis.
x. Liaise and assist with personal assistants and secretaries for any requests or queries required for the senior managements
xi. Maintain office supplies, check inventory and order items whenever required.
xii. Support in the event coordination, both internally and externally.
xiii. Perform all other administration duties as assigned by Line Manager.
