RAKBANK is looking to hire a Talent & Learning Enabler (Sales) to assist in driving and implementing RAKBANK’s sales infrastructure that strategically addresses organization, division and individual needs
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in development and implementation of learning strategies that support and drive sales enablement
- Designing, delivering and evaluating ROI (aligned to the 70:20:10 learning model) to address performance, skills and knowledge gaps
- Contributing effectively to plans from a learning & development sales enablement perspective aimed at meeting regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensuring that every L&D intervention has clear business focused aims that enable robust evaluation of effectiveness and to maintain the quality of learning interventions as per L&D standards
- Assisting in the development of appropriate L&D strategies which focus on both short and long-term staff development requirements that are aligned to divisional business plans
- Supporting organizational design and change management initiatives
- Recommending and implementing improvements in the current sales process that enhance capabilities, enable effective sales management and increase efficiency without compromising on desired quality standards and relevant regulatory and statutory requirement
- Analyzing and interpreting metrics by utilizing a range of appropriate tools and techniques and work with key stakeholders to identify, design and deliver training interventions that optimize value added sales for customers
