· Lead discipline team and/or multi-discipline teams to drive project delivery and meet the deliverables.
· Apply knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, exercise judgment in setting path for design approach, and executing the approach utilizing a team.
· Produce high quality plans, specifications, and estimates that are accurate and effective in communicating the design concept to the contractor.
· Confirm all deliverables agree and are coordinated across design disciplines.
· Assist in project proposals, lead the company’s quality process on project deliverables, and focus on project delivery.
· Coordinate with project manager and other design disciplines on project submissions, plan reviews, and client interactions.
