- Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select most appropriate
recruitment methods to source candidates
- Create & publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates
through social media & other potential sources.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction,
assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Screen resumes & job applications and conduct initial screening to create shortlist of
qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews to both entry and management level of store operations and back
office.
- Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and
universities for recruitment purposes
- Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and
preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria
for the position as per the set company policy
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or during recruiting events
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and
relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Create and implement statistical reports in order to ensure proper staffing analysis , talent pipeline, and recruitment process monitoring
