Quest is working with an international home furniture retailer looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager (VM Manager) to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong VM background in handling homeware products.
As a VM Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement effective visual layouts and solutions
- Manage the VM calendar for the homeware category
- Coach and guide stores in executing VM strategies and ensuring that they are aligned with brand expectations
- Guide sales team in campaign initiatives such as display schemes, new product launches, promotions, etc.
- Liaise with retail managers
- Gather customer feedback and actionable insights
- Keep updated with latest homeware VM trends and competition
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor's Degree, with at least 5 years' experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager in the Retail sector - handling homeware products
- Strong visual merchandising / creative designing experience in operational and strategy layout
- Experience of working as an area / field merchandiser is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the market and knows the latest market trends
- Strong eye for detail and highly creative
- Excellent communication skills, Arabic is an advantage
- Drives own vehicle an advantage
