· Articulate the business requirement and understand the underlying need of the customers.
<br />· Eliciting capturing, reviewing business requirements in an Agile software development environment
<br />· Create quality documentation to convey both business, product and technical requirements, including experience creating requirements traceability matrix.
<br />· Ability to clearly articulate how technical solutions map to business requirements.
<br />· Participate in UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system is aligned with the vision of the business teams
<br />· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
<br />· Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability
<br />
<b>Education & Experience</b>
<br />· More than 5 years' experience in Payments Product, Operations having knowledge about international clearing and SWIFT MT types.
<br />· Preferably knowledge and experience in UAE FTS and other clearing infrastructure as operated by CBUAE such was WPS, Instant Payments etc.
<br />· Having knowledge and experience in Cash Collections Product such as Cash or Cheque Collections via deposit machines, direct debits etc.
<br />· Previous experience in a Banking sector is a plus.
<br />· Previous project deliveries for Cash Products is a plus.

<br />Requirements· Detail oriented , analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
<br />· Ability to coordinate complex tasks and extremely organized with strong time-management skills
<br />· As a SME one should have baseline skills in Analysis, domain Knowledge, Testing, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting.
<br />· Hands on experience in generating documentations i.e. BRD, User Guide, Process Flow etc.
