Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive - Sawaeed Employment Services

 This role contributes to the success of the Company and Group by actively working to :


·         Responsible for achieving the yearly assigned target


·         Present, promote the training Products and Services Portfolio using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers


·         Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs


·         Develop  sales plans and margin contributions against set target


·         Develop and manages strategic corporate networks and partnerships to support a competitive market position


·         Influences the development of products and services which meet the needs of the market, with specific attention given to differentiation


·         Provides professional advice on the corporate segment to senior management


·         Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments


·         Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports


·         Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


·         Keep in alignment of best practices and promotional trends


·         Continuously improve through feedback


·         Manages the capture of market related data and ensures assimilation into market research activities


·         Other duties as and when required.


COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:  Working relationships with Head of BD & Strategy and Academic Manager/ Training Centre


External: Expected to influence new & existing customers
