This role of chief architect is within Cognizant’s digital engineering practice. The vision of Cognizant’s digital engineering practice is to “Enable Cognizant’s clients succeed in a rapidly changing, hyper automated, cloud-first world”. The team delivering vision is one of the most visible teams in Cognizant China, helping Cognizant’s large clients pivot from traditional software development to cloud native engineering, helping clients adopt high velocity pod/ squad based working model and enabling clients to deliver business outcomes with greater agility, productivity and effectiveness.
In nutshell an ideal candidate will be someone:
· Experienced Solution/Enterprise/Tech Architect (End-to-End stack)
· Cloud PaaS Expert (Ex: either PAL Certified, AWS Certified, Azure or GCP certified)
· Thought leader with published point of views
· Experienced in advising clients
· Hands-on polyglot expert (polyglot means knowing more than one programming language)
· Experienced in ”New way of working”
