• Welcome and greet all customers and assist them as required.
• Advise customers on products and help them make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions, information and opinions.
• Demonstrate to customers proper use of makeup and skin care products
• Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
• Maximise sales in the outlet through high levels of customer service, presentation, and appropriate stock levels.
• Identify and effectively use opportunities to Upsell, Cross sell, thereby increasing the average transactional value and overall store turnover.
• Achieve add-on sales through customer directory, establish contact on new ranges/items back in stock
• Monitor best sellers for prime positioning
• Prepare sales report on daily basis
• Assist in the Shop / Outlet inventory control and ordering and receiving products.
• Merchandise and display the products inside the stores as per guidelines and SOP’s.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the stores is as per standard and operation SOP’s
