As the first designer to be onboarded into the team, the candidate must have a creative soul, approaching each task with miticulous care and the need to make it 'perfect' - not for someone else, but because they will not be satisfied with their own work until that point.
With time, this role will grow, leading to more managerial positions and progression within the company as part of the starting team.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Adhere to brand guidelines, while spearheading design of new elements.
- Create professional presentations/proposals using content given by team, and applying brand guidelines
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
