-To liaise with users for day to day scaffolding requirements and provide as much as practical satisfaction services to the users through good planning in utilizing manpower and material.
-Conduct inspection and monitor all on scaffolding activities at site and notifying safe to use for works through tagging system.
-Register and monitor all scaffolding material used in various location such that they are traceable and return to the store as soon as the service not further requested.
Conduct inspection on the scaffolding inventory and ensure well maintained and safe for use.
Liaise with UZ planning and users for peak activities in ensuring adequate manpower and material resources.
Ensure that all scaffolding materials supplied by external contractor for site works are complying with acceptable standard and all scaffolding activities comply with the code of practices.
-Specify and raise material purchase request and to ensure that the material is delivered in conformance with the specification or equivalent.
-Monitor site scaffolding contracted personnel performance and coach to enhance their performance. Conduct tool box talk to ensure that all scaffolding activities carried out in safe manner.
-Quantify and specify scaffolding material requirement during the yearly budget exercise.
