Technical Trainings : To conduct Technical Trainings/Webinars to all distributor staff. More focus on improving the number of webinar trainings Field Trials:To conduct Field trials at various customer locations with the objective of promoting to Premium products/New products introduced in the region. Objective is to provide optimized / cost effective solutions to the customers and to improve profitability. Technical Complaint Handling : To troubleshoot the Technical/application related complaints of customers Open Gear Inspections: To assist Industrial sales teams by offering this niche service. To conduct open gear inspections at key Cement, Steel, Mining and other customers. |
