Our client, an international steel production company based in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a
<b>Site Manager</b>. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
<br />
<br />Ensure safety and proper operation and maintenance of all equipment, as well as maintaining a competent work force capable of operating the total facility at optimum production cost levels.
<br />Establish and maintain product quality and supervises shipment of material to and from the Site at maximum efficiency.
<br />Maintain a diary of activity.
<br />Thoroughly investigate and report without delay, any accident involving company personnel or equipment that occurs in the area of responsibility.
<br />Responsible for the neat appearance of all facilities at the operation.
<br />Establish and maintain production of materials and inventory stockpiles as dictated by customer requirements.
<br />Supervise the preparation of periodic reports for the regional and corporate offices.
<br />Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Site budget/business plan.
<br />Interact frequently with senior officers of the company.
<br />Develop and maintain reputation within the company's as expert in field.
<br />Work normally-involves routine, scheduled or cyclical activities.
<br />Act as negotiator or mediator in solution to problems.
<br />Maintain frequent contact with client mill personnel who directly influence company's reputation or performance.

<br />RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
<br />
<br />Undergraduate degree in Engineering desirable
<br />With background in Heavy Industry, construction or mining field
<br />5-10 years' experience in steel mill and/or quarry and mining operations.
<br />Broad knowledge of equipment utilization and maintenance
<br />Thorough knowledge of steel mill operations and bulk material handling techniques.
<br />Must possess strong management and communication skills.
<br />
