The Senior Research Analyst must operate in line with management directives and operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedures, Policies, Standards which from the organization’s Quality Management System. The operational responsibilities of this position include:
1. Ensuring updates, accuracy and completeness of data for assigned processes and databases
2. Researching projects as assigned to meet targets and in accordance with the company's quality standards
3. Responding to customer queries and special requests pertaining to data
4. Planning & managing work done by Analysts and Research Associates
5. Making decisions on the publication of information in accordance with the company's policies and standards
6. Verification of data as assigned to ensure compliance with the company's data policy and standards
7. Building relationships within the industry to streamline project intelligence gathering and to identify projects in the earliest possible stages
8. Staying updated on assigned industries to serve as an in-house subject matter expert
9. Analysis of assigned segments to explain trends and provide forecasts
10. Creating charts, info-graphics and reports to meet customer requirements and to provide business intelligence insights
11. Documenting procedures, work instructions, standards in accordance with ISO standards.
