Fantastic opportunity with a leading regional bank, based in Dubai. The organization is going through a massive transformation journey and are looking for someone with extensive project/program management experience with strong focus on Wholesale Banking Online/Mobile.
You will be responsible for:
\[ Successfully driving the delivery of projects in the area of Wholesale Banking Online and Mobile Banking in line with quality, time and cost targets.
\[ Coordinating and managing various product teams that will consist of Subject Matter Experts.
\[ Contribute to the yearly IT Roadmap ensuring that project costings and estimates are as accurate as possible.
Skills required:
\[ +8 years of experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager in IT with large scale of Portfolio and focus on Wholesale Banking Online/ Mobile.
\[ Banking and Business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy.
\[ Experience with vendor management, Capacity Planning and medium scale development coordination.
\[ Leadership experience with team size exceeding 10-15. \[ Good knowledge of tools used in Transition Banking Cash and Trade.
