• Perform all duties related to office matters and to proactively support the Management at all times.
• To achieve a high level production of Word documents for presentations / correspondence
• Provide bookkeeping to include production of the invoices Excel and general book keeping
• Ensure adherence to company admin protocols, including Project / Book keeping and Sales administration
• Liaise with the Sponsor’s officers to ensure all renewals, visas etc are maintained
• Have a pro-active approach to the collection of debt
• Collect and bank incoming cheques
• Ensure all company insurances and other important are up to date at all times
• Look after personnel administration matters and manage a small payroll
• Liaise with all company suppliers, using a proactive procurement process to ensure the company receives 'best price and service' at all times.
• Liaise with IT & Communication suppliers, and manage telephone or broadband faults
• Responsibility for Facilities management and in house cleaners
• Undertake reception duties to include incoming calls, distribution of incoming post and booking couriers
