Sales Representative - Female - LM Cosmetics

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Making Sales Reports to the management.
• Deliver the materials and making the follow up with the customers.
• Reporting to the management about any marketing activities could be help to increase the sales in the customers sites, like sharing in special offers, or sharing in flyers,. etc.
• Following up the collections from customers and being sure that the payments will be collected on time.
• Preparing the internal orders for the internal store, to prepare the customers materials orders.
• Making the daily sales reports to management.
• Being sure that the CRM report is filled correctly and realistic, and to be sure it’s sent to the management in the decided regular bases.
