Male/Female, 40 y/o and below
Bachelor’s degree/diploma holder or any relevant course
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in freight sales and Freight Forwarding industry
Must have existing client base in UAE
Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards
Support team members, manage and train the business development team
Determine key business development KPIs and work with sales and marketing teams
With a valid UAE driver’s license
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 20,000 AED full package depending on qualifications and experience plus car, allowances and quarterly incentives depending on (sales generated)
