A large international retail company is urgently looking for
<b>Retail Sales Executive - Chinese Speaker</b> to be based in different locations across the UAE. Our client is looking for young and dynamic Sales Executives who can provide product demonstration and excellent customer service to customers visiting their shops.
<br />
<br />Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
<br />Answering telephone product inquiries
<br />Attending to customer queries, concerns or complaints
<br />Assisting in the opening and closing of the shop
<br />Ensuring stocks are replenished
<br />Keeping the cleanliness and orderliness in the shop
<br />Conducting product demonstration to customers
<br />Providing solution and recommendation, if applicable
<br />Providing excellent customer service to customers
<br />
<br />
<br />RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
<br />Must be a bachelor degree holder
<br />Must be a Chinese speaker
<br />Excellent command of English
<br />With at least 1 year of UAE sales experience
<br />Willing to work in a mall and work on shifting schedule
<br />Flexible to work on a weekend
<br />Willing to be assigned anywhere in the UAE
