CIB work stream project management and support - end to end responsibility
<br />· Reporting to David and Gautam
<br />· Support to Shanghai, Singapore and UAE teams for the CIB work stream.
<br />· Day to day coordination with all required stakeholders within CIB and enablement functions
<br />· Ownership and tracking of the CIB Key milestones
<br />· Coordination with product teams in RO and HO
<br />· Assistance in development of business plan and strategy for CIB
<br />· Coordination with consultants / advisors / partners on behalf of the CIB team
<br />· Coordination of BRD / Design Document / UAT signoffs for CIB, as required
<br />· Delivery of CIB policies and procedures customization for Shanghai via consultant / implementation partner
<br />· Product asset customization - Coordination of process and ensuring delivery
<br />· Tracking of recruitment process for CIB
<br />· Early alerts on slippages of any CIB or enablement process where CIB has a dependency
<br />· Coordination of system access for CIB team
<br />· Coordination of training delivery
