Role Summary
Manage entire employee payroll preparation and administration, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
Accountability
• Execute monthly payroll
• Monitor employee attendance sheets, cross-checking absences against supporting documents and justifications from superiors. Report any irregularities in attendance and follow up on action
• Ensure all payments made are in compliance with company policies
• Maintain supporting payroll documentations for internal and external audit
• Prepare month-end close and payroll reconciliation
• Prepare and file all employee warnings, notifications, appreciation letters, supporting payroll documents, etc when required
• Issue employee certificates as requested by employees
• Liaise with HR representatives within the GCC regarding monthly HR payroll reports and flag any issues
• Respond to all service requests raised by responding/ attending to the request in a timely manner
• Work in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment focusing on excellent customer service
