National Sales Manager - Black & Grey HR

-Plan, develop & implement aggressive and innovative sales and marketing strategies which maximize market share in existing segments and penetrates new markets.
-Drive the culture of demand driven sales while creating plans that innovatively positions new products, enhances growth and performance of the brand in the region and in the international market with emerging opportunities
-Spearhead customer relationship management through constant communication, prompt follow up on product complaints and objection handling such that existing customers are retained and majorly contribute to the revenue flow while new prospects are attracted by the value proposition provided
-Set Sales targets.
-Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales Team
-Effectively execute route to market operations and strategies
-Coach & lead sales operation.
-Visit the customers and the outlets to identify growth opportunities.
-Approve and follow up on monthly key accounts promotion.
-Ensure proper stock availability in warehouse securing no out of stock situation and expiry/slow moving & obsolete products.
-Verify and approve the Business Development Agreements with customers.
-Assure effective A & P budget investments (promotions, listing, events) and return on investments.
-Verification and submission of debit notes.
-Provide 3 month’s rolling forecast

-Closely coordinate with Sales Team for sales orders.
