The Marketing Manager serves in a leadership role for the regional business providing functional leadership, and support as a subject matter expert direct client service.
You'll be responsible for new, innovative marketing strategies in the region and work jointly with regional leaders to identify, syndicate, and implement new initiatives for individual clients. The ideal candidate is a strategist and able to shape and lead the marketing function for the business, as well as a hands-on practitioner and doer. Very strong problem-solving skills are required to work with clients and to determine the most effective and efficient manner for enhancing the company’s brand position.
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the business’ strategy and plans in order to attain the goals of the CEO, Board and shareholders.
• Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommend options and courses of action; implement directives.
• Manage and ensure web-site activity and optimization, SEO and external partners.
• Manage the social media presence and all social media campaigns (to include LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs: conferences or summits, annual awards ceremonies, and seminars.
• Act as a public speaker and public relations representative of the business in ways that strengthen its profile, and support other leaders speaking on behalf of the company.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Preparing online and print marketing materials.
• Utilize CRM information to identify and build the client base.
• Identify new business development channels and audience to increase pipeline. Develop and implement high-touch customer relations programs, newsletters, marketing campaigns and research to create a robust client database.
• Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information. Work with other affiliates to ensure the latest research and marketing collateral is available.
• Ensure sales team members are equipped to provide on-key messages, product and service information, tools and templates (brochures, sales presentations, etc.).
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Create a great workplace for company employees and role model key leadership values.
