Job Description
Position Summary:
The Marketing Executive will deliver marketing value to CEMEA markets, working closely with OPS, legal, MSA, Product, VCA, Digital Solutions and Client Relationship Management teams.
Responsibilities:
This role is based in Dubai, and will be providing support to the Partnerships and Digital solutions marketing team for the CEMEA region, as well as working cohesively with the Client marketing team, locally and regionally.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
? Supporting all aspects of project management from project initiation through to project completion, production integration and service activation
? Working with various business subject matter experts to define scope, create estimates, develop budgets and project plans, and review project charters and other documentation, needed for funding approvals.
? Managing small projects/tactical offers to achieve target scope, schedule and cost.
? Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget and keeping accurate records
? Identifying and managing dependencies and impacts among projects across the portfolio.
? Helping with the planning and execution of workshops held at the Client's Innovation Center
? Directing project activities, conducting reviews, project tracking, manage risk mitigation and change control processes, and communicate status to the partnerships team
? Achieving project goals by engaging effectively with stakeholders in various departments as mentioned in the position summary
? Support the relationships with creative and media agencies end to end. Including production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying, checking copy, follow ups, billing and statement of work development
? When required, collaborate with global and regional teams for project deliveries
? Assisting with developing marketing briefs to be shared with agencies and partners
? Raise Purchase Orders, Work Order Statements and fulfill all the marketing due diligence in a timely manner
? Providing regular reporting, analysis on the campaign status
? Assist the Partnerships team in general administrative work
? Ensure all work is done in accordance with policies and compliance procedures
? Consistently demonstrate the Client's value & behaviors
