Our client is Market Leader in the Banking Industry with international operations looking for a Manager - Retail CRM who will be responsible for the new CRM unit delivery to business owners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages delivery of analytical projects in partnership with business and IT partners and builds deep understanding of functional areas.
- Jointly owns the KPI's and performance metrics with the business partners.
- Develops and communicates delivery goals strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines and key performance.
- Responsible for overall management of insights services including talent, vendor contracts, retention of talent.
