Reporting to the Senior Manager, Expo Media Centre, the Manager, Expo Media Centre will be responsible for assisting in the planning, delivery and management of the Expo Media Centre facilities and all the associated services.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Assist in the development and execution of plans for the operations inside the EMC across functional and venue planning;
- Support the planning and delivery of media activities throughout the site, including detailed planning of activities in 190 country pavilions;
- Deliver the strategy for information provision within the EMC and compile information for provision to the media;
- Oversee the day to day activities within the EMC and generate EMC run sheets for media operations;
- Provide input in procedural frameworks for EMC operations including policies, processes, guidelines and responsibilities;
- Ensure service levels and excellence in guest experience are delivered to all attending media throughout their Expo 2020 journey;
- Liaise with other departments across Expo for final planning of EMC operations and Liaise with media organisations in the lead up to the Event.
