1. Develop In-land water transport maintenance plans by setting numeric goals and key initiatives to achieve these goals based on current and expected performance within specifications
2. Provide, develop, and maintain direction of maintenance functions
3. Managing a team of maintenance workers including supervisor, maintenance coordinators, mechanics & technicians.
4. Experience with data analysis, and traffic & roads techniques, safety, site development review and Marine maintenance operation management
5. Follow up processing and implementation of legislations related to maintenance department, partially or totally.
6. Excellent knowledge of Marine maintenance and administration management, standards, functions, systems and procedures.
