Mission:
• Assist on the Lighting Design Department to further promote on the sales of CLIENT’S LED lighting solution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisting project team on lighting calculation, BoQ extracting & spec breaking.
• Aftersales product inspection, testing, reporting and follow-up until delivering replacement.
• Site visit and installation support upon request from project team.
• Take lead on operational activities on product modifications and customization, if so required on projects.
• Preparation & timely submission of compliance statements and technical submittals required for projects.
• Provide duly training to the team & key clients/customers on technical and product improvements/updates.
• Conduct mockup, presentations, specifying our range to Architects/Designers/Consultants/Distributors; and establish & maintain relationship with them.
• Assist Customer Service Dept. & Logistics Dept. on the process of samples inventory and backup.
