Our client, a well-known institution, is currently looking for a
<b>Legal Team Assistant</b> who will be based in Sharjah. In this role, you will be expected to provide secretarial support to a Director and perform ad hoc general administration function. This includes but not limited to screening telephone calls, typing up documents, creating various reports using different tools, managing email of the manager, booking hotels and flights, liaising with partnered entities in relation to certain projects and others.

<br />Requirements
<br />To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
<br />
<br />A bachelor degree holder
<br />With minimum 5 years of experience
<br />Have worked in a support function either in a legal department or law firm
<br />Fluent in English and knowledge in Arabic language is a plus
<br />Willing to work in Sharjah
<br />
