General legal task administration and management of the subsidiaries in Africa and Middle East (“MEA”) region.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective support and mutual interaction on legal issues.
Involved with quality management of the company
Dealing with legal queries via email and telephone
Take on admin duties as requested and if needed
Provide full range of legal and regulatory services for offices in MEA region
Draft and review commercial documents and give professional advice on legal issues
Assist in overseas regulatory affairs, such as telecommunications license application, renewal, filing of statutory returns, etc
Preparation of business analysis report for business development
Perform company secretarial tasks and ensure compliance
Liaise with regulators (e.g. Companies Registry)
Assists in company incorporation and business or related licenses application and ensure compliance
Conduct legal and regulatory researches
Performs contract administration to manage, track, file and assist in timely preparation, negotiation and execution of agreements, and prepares regular reports on contract status
Assists in handling of company secretary tasks
Any tasks related to legal issues as assigned by the team/company
