We are looking for experienced LEASING AGENTS.
The applicant should :-
\[a\] Have driving license.
\[b\] Have commercial and residential leasing experience.
\[c\] Have RERA card.
\[d\] Know all about making lease contracts and Ejari.
\[e\] Be familiar with all free hold areas in Dubai.
\[f\] Prepare , post , update , modify ads in portals with pictures.
\[g\] Coordinate with potential clients and arrange viewings.
\[h\] Know Microsoft Office softwares (Outlook/Word/XL).
\[i\] Determine what client is looking for and coordinate with management of their queries.
\[j\] Practice utmost customer service with courtesy, ethics, and professionalism.
\[k\] Possess speaking, persuading and active listening, qualities.
\[l\] Be available to join as soon as possible.
