Description
Overall responsibility to manage accounts in the region as well as the local online multichannel players.
\[ Manage sell-in and sell-out for all accounts in line with global guidelines. Support the local Merchandising team in defining the seasonal assortments for the accounts by providing feedback on customer/market needs.
\[ Responsible to facilitate replenishments and ensuring right stock levels to drive sustainable results.
\[ Build and foster strong relationship with customers through regular follow-ups, meetings as well as at sales event.
\[ Lead the acquisition of new accounts. Drive the overall negotiation with new partners.
\[ Orchestrate and drives the overall negotiation with partners in regards to terms and conditions based on the given framework defined by the Global Commercial Management team.
\[ Consolidate all relevant information for new store openings.
\[ Conduct market visits to motivate and train the POS staff, complete visitation reports and optimize the retail execution through KPI's and VM.

- 3+ years in a similar role
\[ Extensive Account Management Experience / B2B experience
\[ Strong lateral management, motivating and influencing skills
\[ Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
\[ Excellent organizational and analytical skills
\[ Strong business development mindset and negotiations skills
\[ Arabic is a plus
