This is a Contract role under ManpowerGroup - 6 months renewable
You will execute on business-critical projects, working with the Partner Manager to develop processes, tools and operations, with the goal of managing projects to successful implementation. Organizational, analytic and communication skills are critical success factors to deliver results in this large, culturally diverse, and global organization.
You will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and leverage additional resources to collaborate, act on and execute projects.
The key tasks you will assist with is as follows:
- Assist Partner manager to develop and draft Request for Quotation (RFQ) package capturing the program requirements
- Will work in collaboration with other the teams to prepare and develop the RFQ package.
- Address Logistic partner queries related to the RFQ
- Mastery of Excel skills to prepare cost analysis of RFQ responses received
- Based on the analysis, recommend and identify service offerings that aligns best to support the program requirements to meet the cost targets and program scope.
- Edit the contracts templates to capture program requirements, costs, and performance requirements.Qualifications:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel to drive data analysis
- Being detail-oriented enables you to create documents and diagrams for a diverse and geographically dispersed audience, making them easy to understand.
- Strong knowledge of global transportation and logistics, manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Excellent business communications skills (written, verbal, and graphical), and ability to produce reports on the operations/financial aspects will be critical for success for the program.
- Global communication, interpersonal and team skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, decision making, influencing and ability to meet deadlines.
