-Handover supervisor will be responsible of managing handover team and handover appointments distribution and can deal with angry customers.
-Handover team to receive the client in the building entrance /lobby welcoming them and ensure smooth access to the building
-Building facilities & car park area to be shown to the clients
-Accompany the client when visiting his unit
-Collect all necessary documents, payments (if any required) from the client
-Complete the formalities of the handover and document signing etc.
-Provide copies to the client (if requested) as per the agreed policy
