- Exp: 12+ Yrs. of total exp with Experience 5 + YEARS, as GM or Head of the Operation within building material company in UAE
- Salary: AED 20- 22K with Family Status ( Upto 2 Kids)
- Reporting To: CEO
- Reportees: Will Have 120 Employees (Staff + Worker) reporting
- Benefits : Subject to Board approval/ performance
Main Responsibilities and Performance Metrics
• Obtains profit contribution by managing staff
• establishing and accomplishing business objectives such as Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management.
