Executive, Telesales|Sales - Emaar

The job holder is responsible for generating leads for Emaar’s range of products via phone by approaching clients enquiring on sales/ product details prospecting, thereby achieving / over achieving the assigned sales target and ensuring high customer satisfaction with sales process.


Key Responsibilities for the role:

• Generate & qualify leads from the database/ queries recieved
• Deliver sales talks to persuade potential customers
• Explain details, services & prices & answer the queries from customers
• Follow up on potential customers to facilitate sales
• Understand client requirements in an effective way
• Create database & record all customer information
• Maintain & update activity reports & backing updata
• Communicating to clients on the latest updates
• Handle customer grievances in a professional way
• Maintaining & increasing standard of customer service with existing & prospective clients
