1.Maintaining & report to the workshop in-charge on daily basis the jobs and spare parts consumption report for all equipment, and fill the daily, minor service and Major service checklist of all the Vehicles.
2.Repair and maintain diesel engines used in different machineries such as trucks, generators and construction equipment.
3.Diagnoses trouble, disassembles engines and examines part for defects and excessive were.
4.Diagnose, repair and maintain construction equipment, such as skid steer loader, wheel loaders, Transit Mixers trucks, Wheel loader, forklifts and on-highway trucks.
5.Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.
6.Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; installing component and part upgrades; controlling corrosion; completing winterization procedures.
7.Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake system, suspensions steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
