Charterhouse is working with a major international law firm. Our client, who are well known in the region, is looking to hire an ambitious Corporate Paralegal to support the Partners and Associates. The main focus will be company formation and Arabic is essential.
The role will involve supporting a busy corporate team with general company formation / incorporation. Dealing with different free zones and government entities, providing advice to clients, drafting and amending basic documents such as MOA’s and conducting research to advise clients when required.
