Compliance Executive

A Compliance Executive is primarily responsible in ensuring the company conforms with applicable laws, regulations and rules, essential to preserving smooth flow and integrity of Silkor Group’s operations.


This includes but is not limited to the following:


a) overseeing all licensing and residency procedures for Silkor Group and its affiliates;
b) development and maintenance of relevant SOPs, guidelines, and forms;
c) maintaining deadline tables and/or data of the facilities and employees alike; and
d) acting as the resource person for the government-related functions and activities of Silkor Group and its affiliates



Key Accountability:
a. Handle Full Time (FT) & Part Time (PT) employees’ Health Authorities licensing, renewals and cancellations;
b. Register employees’ license and verification applications online or through the Health Authority offices itself;
c. Take responsibility in collecting and following up all required documents for employees’ license renewals like CME, BLS, training certificates and the likes;
d. Conduct daily visits to governmental offices and create a network with governmental employees;
e. Attend exhibitions and events related to the scope of work;
f. Handle FT and PT employees’ residencies issuance, as well as renewals and cancellations;
g. Ensure that new employees sign the Ministry of Labor employment contract upon its issuance;
h. Handle facility trade license, medical license issuance and renewal, and other facility-related issues like sign board approvals with the respective Health Authority and/or government body;
i. Implement licensing requirements and conduct facility or center audits through a systematic and routinely basis;
j. Audit the center and the employees’ documents related to facility and employees’ licenses and file properly as required by all relevant authorities;
k. Take responsibility for all the deadlines including but not limited to medical licenses, facilities, residencies, labour contracts, etc;
l. Ensure all the data are accurate and essential documents are properly archived (soft and hard copies);
m. Facilitate all types of inspections such as that from the Municipality, Health Authorities, MOL, and other governmental entities (may it be for annual renewal, surprise inspections, etc);
n. Act as the company’s representative in all legal court cases concerning governmental institutions like MOL and/or license-related issues of the facilities and medical staffs with all Health Authorities;
o. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies, etc.
