As a Commis Chef Suchi, you are responsible for preparing sushi in the Kitchen as per the Standards of Performance set. Maintain the consistency of all our partnered brands recipes and striving to further improve your knowledge
- Create a sushi with various main ingredients and raw fish (for example, salmon, tuna, unagi).
- Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi.
- Manage food prep activities, like boiling rice.
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
