• Develops and executes the hospital or health system's human resource strategy to support the overall organization's strategic direction
• Oversees succession planning, talent management, performance management, training, development and compensation.
• Leads human resources functions including labor relations, HR services, talent, culture, performance, compensation and overall benefits.
• Responsible for the entire HR function and the alignment of the goals and objectives of the hospital and healthcare environment
• Leading the people strategy of the group in the region. Instrumental in investment development, startups, acquisitions, projects planning and commissioning, change management, talent sourcing, talent management and talent development, employee engagement and employer branding
• Responsible for the HR strategy formulation, HR business plan, Budgeting, Policies and procedures.
• Develops retention and incentive programs to improve employee satisfaction and minimize turnover and administers the benefits programs for all employee
• Ensures consistency in the application of personnel policies and regulations by advising senior administration about the applicable policies and regulations.
• Assists with decision making regarding promotions, terminations, or similar personnel actions.
• Ensures the accuracy and accountability of personnel information; supervises the maintenance of personnel files; verifies personnel actions.
• Organizes and directs the university and its employees in processes and procedures related to recruitment, employment, benefits management, salary administration, performance evaluation, training and development, and employee relations.
• Counsels employees and supervisors regarding disciplinary issues, claims of discrimination, and harassment by providing information on policies, recommending a plan of action, and resolving misunderstandings.
