- Product knowledge and explanations for appropriate skincare products
- Aftercare and follow up treatments
- Providing a VIP level of customer service
Profile- At least 2 years experience working as a beautician within 5 star hotel/s
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with VIP Clients
- Extensive knowledge on range of beautician services
